How Our Gifts Stand Out

How Our Gifts Stand Out

It takes a lot of time and thought on our part to make your gifting experience easy, particularly when you care as much as we do about the products we provide. Our boxes don’t just look beautiful but they’re also designed to make your loved one feel vibrant and cared for with just the right assortment of self-care products to suit their situation. So what makes Dragonfly Delivery so distinctive? We had five elements in mind when curating each gift box, and we’ve made sure our partners and vendors live up to those expectations.

  1. First, all products needed to be all-natural and free of parabens and toxins. Take our decision to partner with Nourish Organic, featured in Athena (Rejuvenating Rose Butter) and Renata (Nourishing Skin Salve). Nourish Organics is one of the world’s first USDA-certified organic skincare collections that filled a need for products that could use the descriptive “organic” and “beauty” in tandem. Beyond this, our partner’s pledge of purity ensures that all products are cruelty-free and free from harmful ingredients.

  2. We also wanted to support small, female-forward businesses. Take U Bee Well, for example, featured in Emelia (B’s Balm). U Bee Well’s Founder, Barbara Gettes, handcrafts her balms in small, artisanal batches. She developed U Bee Well with the goal of supporting local beekeepers, farmers and communities. And U Bee Well is not only female-owned but aims to inspire others to create and do.

  3. Our vendors and partners needed to represent a message and mission that resonated with us. In other words, we wanted to team up with companies that were, for example, socially responsible or that gave a portion of their proceeds to a virtuous cause. SmartyPits, featured in Emelia (Teen Orchard Blossom), is a perfect example, founded by Stacia Guzzo after her mother was diagnosed with breast cancer and couldn’t find an antiperspirant without aluminum, which has been linked to breast cancer and Alzheimer’s Disease. So she studied and eventually formulated this one on her own.

  4. We only wanted to offer our customers the products that we ourselves would use. So everything you find is either used already or became part of our own self-care practice once discovered. Take the Eunoia Body Dry Brush, for example, featured in Renata. Laura has used this product since her diagnosis to stimulate the lymphatic system and release toxins, finding its all-natural bristles incredibly comfortable and its handle perfectly shaped for her hands.

  5. Finally, products needed to feel special and unique. After all, each box would be a gift for a loved one. Take Tea Drops, for example, featured in Larita (Boost), Athena (Glow), and Renata (Refresh). Tea Drops are not only quick, delightful, and delicious but they’re also eco-friendly, with 20 percent less waste than a tea bag.
